1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the mobile application "Daydream: Doodle Adventure", for mobile devices, created by Heather Szczesniak.

2. Camera Roll Access

Daydream may be given, if you allow, access to your camera roll to allow you to save your drawings from the app. Daydream itself does not use your images or videos for any other purpose.

3. Advertising and Data Collection

Daydream itself does not collect, save, or share your personal data. However, some of your personal information is gathered by advertisers to display advertisements on the service that are relevant to your interests. Daydream uses Unity and Google advertisements. As a result of Unity Ads and AdMob, personal information may be collected or shared. You can see Unity's full privacy policy here and Google's full privacy policy here. To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this app is set on Unity as directed to children under the age of 13 and all google advertisements are set for child-directed treatment, which will will prevent the transmission of the Advertising Identifier, IDFA.

4. Your Personal Content

You are entirely responsible for your own drawings as they are solely your creation. They do not represent the thoughts, ideas, religious ideation, or any other principles of Daydream. Any sharing of your drawings on any platform is your choice and your responsibility.

5. Opt-out Rights

Users of Daydream have the following opt-out options. You can change Daydream's access to your images library at any time from Setting/Privacy & Security on your device. You can opt-out of personalized advertising on mobile applications by changing the privacy settings of your iOS device in Settings/Privacy & Security/Tracking. You can use standard uninstalling processes that can be offered as part of your mobile device, to uninstall Daydream.

6. Changes to Policy

This security and privacy document supports and provides what happens to your personal information. Daydream is systematically updated and revised, so it is possible that data usage will change. This privacy policy will be updated when any change occurs, so you can always look to this link to see how your data is currently being used.

7. Agreement

By using Daydream, you agree that you are over 18 years of age and agree to this privacy policy or that you are under 18 and that your parent/guardian has agreed to this privacy policy on your behalf.
